Final Chapter for Breaking Rules, the Beecher and Chris' Love Story
Chris Keller returned to Em City relieved of the death row. Besides, after he had strangled the guy, revenging Beecher's father death, he decided to go on your life normally. At night, nonetheless, he felt uncomfortable, missing Beecher very much.
Meanwhile, Schillinger was seeking revenge against Beecher for releasing Chris from death row, and planned with his brother about it.
The next morning, as soon as Beecher had left his daughter at school, a car with two bald men started chasing him. Beecher then realized he was being chased through rear-view mirror and tried to throw himself off scent. He increased the speed and ran away. Fortunately, he saw a police car parked ahead and stopped.. The officer asked if he had any problems, but he denied, saying it was all right.
In the afternoon, Beecher went to visit Chris. As usual, they hugged each other, and in the intimate room, they kissed each other. Then, after sharing some caress, they sat down and talked about their lives. Chris then realized Beecher looked worried, and asked what was going on. The lawyer then told him he had been chased by a car with two bald men and he was sure they were Aryans. Chris advised Beecher to go to the Police, but the lawyer refused, alleging he didn't have any proves. Even though, Chris insisted on persuading him to go to the authorities, even to let them know he had been in risk. Beecher thought for while and answered he would do it, but let Chris know that he would try to transfer him to another prison, because he had been afraid of Shillinger's revenge and his followers. Besides, if something happened to him, he asked Chris not to make any mistake. Chris then comforted Beecher saying everything was going to be all right. They hugged each other, and Beecher again begged Chris not to make any mistake if he couldn't visit him for while, and let him know that another attorney would represent him on his case.
Chris then put his hands on Beecher's shoulders and asked not to desert or forget him. The lawyer nonetheless answered promptly that he would never do it, but they should be careful with the Aryans, principally now he was free and very vulnerable from Schillinger or Aryan's revenge. Besides, he wouldn't let his family be in risk.
Chris, little disappointed, agreed with Beecher, and they kissed each other, but they were interrupted by a guard. Thus, as he was leaving, turned around and gave Chris his phone number whenever he needed to. Then, they both shared fast kisses and said goodbye.
Right then, Chris went to talk to Schillinger and warned him if something happened to Beecher, he would be a dead man. Then, he went to see Sister Pete and told her about what Beecher had told him, on being chased by a car and the suspects they could be Aryans. Sister Pete then answered "just as I thought" and advised Chris to let the authorities know about what happened.
In the authorities room, the directors and the psychologist had decided to move Chris for another cell, but Chris refused it, saying he could protect himself, and he had better stay in Em City in order to have some informations about Schillinger and his followers. The authorities then accepted his suggestion, but they ordered some guards to keep their eyes on them.
Three days had passed, on which Chris had to reinforce his attention to Schillinger and his followers. Besides, he was very worried about Beecher's security, and during that period, he had tried to call him every two or three hours, but the calls had always been answered by the voice mail. However, on the third day, as he was leaving the phone area, a guard came to him and said the authorities and a lawyer wanted to see him. As soon as he got into the room, he got disappointed, because he didn't see Beecher as he had thought before. Even though, he asked for him.
Sister Pete asked him to sit down, because she had a terrible news: Beecher had been missing for two days, and the police on that day had found a burned car, with a charred flesh inside it. Besides, they were almost sure that was Beecher's flesh, because of the goods and a half-burned document with a photo. Right then, the director said that must have been a neo-nazi group, because there was a board written "Death for the gay" with a Swastika symbol beside the car.
Chris' reaction couldn't be different. Mix of desperation, anger and tears burst him out. He got completely uncontrolled, pushing the guard and the attorney, and kicking the chair. Sister Pete tried to approach him, but he barked her out, letting off stream that he had done everything for nothing. He then was taken to a private room, where he sat down and cried. After that, calmer, Sister Pete carefully approached him and asked if he knew something about Beecher's missing and if he hadn't been involved, which was denied promptly, because even if he had been jealous on Beecher, he loved him very much and would never do anything to hurt or ruin his life. Sister Pete then didn't question and believed in his words, going back to the authorities room and leaving him under a protection of a guard.
In the authorities' room, the director had already ordered to bring Schillinger for explanation, and had sent a guard. Thus, after he had denied what happened to Beecher, the director ordered he had to be sent to a closed cell for investigation and security. As Schillinger was being taken to his cell, Chris saw him and barked out, but was held by a guard and Sister Pete.
Meanwhile, the authorities were deciding about Chris' transfer to a safer place, because if Schillinger were involved into Beecher's death, they should transfer him immediately. Taking the opportunity, the attorney, who had taken Beecher's work, informed that Beecher had already gone into action begging for Chris' transfer, and due to the news about Beecher's death, the justice accepted the request. Therefore, without waisting a minute, they decided to transfer Chris to Massachusetts.
Back to the cell where Chris was, Sister Pete let him know he would be transferred to Massachusetts at that night. Moved by Chris suffering, she hugged him, comforting his heart to keep Beecher's examples, principally his love, which was wide and able to forgive. Besides, she said only God knew what he had reserved for us. Then, Chris said he must have been punished, because Beecher had helped him release from death row, and then he was dead, maybe a way God had found to make him pay for every life he had taken away. Besides, he said if he had become better, that would have been because of Beecher's love, maybe a love he'd never had in his life.
At the same time, the news about Beecher's death showed up on TV, which shocked many prisoners, but made some happier.
Along the corridor that connected to the bus, Chris Keller walked downcast, depressed, in tears. Followed by two other prisoners, he got on the bus, sat down on the left side, and looked through the window. Right ahead, a police car would escort the bus to Massachusetts. Sister Pete in tears watched the bus going away, and then returned to the prison.
After two hours, in the middle of the trip, something unexpected happened. First, the tire of the officer's car passed on a plank with nails, and burst, making the car crash into a hill and overtune. The bus, trying to divert from the car, crashed into a tree, causing some hurts on the prisoners.
Right then, a strong-weapon group in black clothes and hood, with swastika symbols in the front and back, surrounded the bus and asked everybody to get out. The bus driver tried to react and was shot dead. The unconscious police officers in the overtune car were also surrendered. After getting off the bus, the prisoners were taken off the road, and one of the kidnappers approached Chris and asked: "Are you Chris Keller". With the affirmative answer, Chris was hit on the head by the barrel of the machine gun, and fainted. The two other prisoners were taken away by some other members, and then they were released. The other members threw granades toward the bus and the car, and they blew up. After, two other members took Chris to a hidden black car in the woods, and put a hood over his head. Then, the car drove away.
The next morning, Chris woke up with a little headache and other clothes. He sat up and realized he was in a cabin. He looked around and there was a firewood stove, a refrigerator, a table with two chairs, and the single bed where he was. Then he got up, walked toward the window, and looked through he was next to a mountain, with snow, trees, and a black car. Suddenly, he felt a hand on his shoulder, and as he turned around, he scared and said: "Son of bitch!" It was Beecher, sound and safe. He then rushed toward and hugged him strongly, asking why he had done it, because he really had thought he was dead. Then, Chris held Beecher's head, kissed him, and said how he had suffered, trying to face his life without him. Beecher in turn held his hand and took him to sit down. Then, he started explaining that as soon as he had stopped the car on that day he was being chased, he realized he would never be able to live peacefully, and that his life wouldn't make sense without Chris' love. So, he planned releasing Chris out of that hell. First, he went to see a dealer he had helped in the past to ask for his help. He told him about what had happened, and then they planned to reverse roles. He would be a bait for those men. Thus, the next morning, as he had left his daughter at school, the same bald men approached him, but as soon as they had gotten closer, a strong-weapon group surrounded them. They were killed and their bodies were used to replace Chris and Beecher's fleshes. In the meantime, after he had gone to see him the day before, he broke up with his daughter's teacher, because he didn't love her, although he cared her very much. Then, he asked his mother to take care of his daughter if something happened to him. He also had asked the dealer to arrange two forged passports, because he didn't want to live in that country anymore, because to the world, Chris and Beecher were dead.
Beecher also asked Chris if he wanted to live with him in another country, what was answered promptly that he would go wherever he wanted to, because he loved him very much. Beecher in turn kissed Chris, and they both shared a strong hug. Right then, Chris asked Beecher about the attorney, his transfer to another prison, and Beecher explained he had already gone into action to move Chris for another prison, and as soon as he were "dead", the justice would accept the request alleging lack of security for you. Even if he hadn't done it, the authorities would be obliged to move you, because of the evidences. Besides, he told Chris that the attorney he had arranged for replacing him on Chris' case was the informer when he was to be moved for. Chris then asked how he did those things, because they must have cost much money, and Beecher answered he had gotten inheritance from his father, so he had enough money to do those things, and even to go abroad.
Touched by Beecher's words, Chris hugged and kissed him. Right then, Beecher told Chris they had to disguise, because they would go across the Canadian border at night, and the next morning they would fly to Paris to spend a few days. Then, he had planned to have a new life in the South America, maybe in Brazil, to start a new life from that moment on. He asked Chris what he thought about, to whom was answered with a kiss and he would go wherever he wanted to. Then, the couple kissed and hugged each other.
In the meantime, the news about the kidnapping had reached OZ. As informed by the reporter, there were two charred fleshes, who were identified as being Chris and the driver's. Besides, the news also announced that the police were strongly sure that was a revenge from a neo-nazi group because of the traces found at the place. Because of those things, Schillinger was sentenced to death.
At night, the couple was at the Canadian border, Chris disguised with beard and little more hair, and Beecher with a long beard, glasses and in rabbi clothes. They were funny. In their turn to pass through, Beecher spoke with a strong rabbi accent. Luckily, they could pass through, and then, they were finally in Canada. After they had gone far away from the border, they celebrated, and the next morning, they were flying to Paris. On the plane, Chris asked Beecher about the Aryans in Em City, and he answered he had already arranged too.
One month later, in Em City, Schillinger's brother got a box with an envelope. When he opened it, a white powder spread over the cell. In a few minutes, he and some followers were dead. It was Antrax. Then, the prison had to be evacuated. The last scene of OZ was the prisoners walking in line toward some buses. That was the end of OZ.
Meanwhile, the last scene showed the couple in car driving on a road, maybe in Brazil, with the sea on their right side. They were driving toward a house where they would spend the rest of their lives happily ever after.
